My ancestor, John Page married in Warren Co, KY in 1806, was on the 1812 tax list in Humphreys Co, TN and served under Nathan People's Company in the War of 1812. Next I find him on deed records in a portion of Carroll County which becomes Gibson County. Does anyone know where the river crossing would be for him to travel across the Tennessee River to get to Gibson County in those days? Cathy
