The Courier-Chronicle Humboldt,TN October 8th,1915 Local news---Sarah Elizabeth Moore,the beautiful little 16 months old daughter of Mr.& Mrs.J.M.Moore,died early Monday.Funeral services were Wednesday at the Oakland Cemetery. Mr.W.D.Waddell and Mrs.Alice A.Andrews were united in marriage Sunday. Clark Moore was called home from Earle,AR.,Monday on account of the death of his little sister,Sarah Elizabeth. Mr.& Mrs.T.K.Happel will attend the marriage of their brother,Dr.Horace E.Happel to Miss Elizabeth Drew,which will take place in St.Louis on the 16th. An hour after the close of the Tri-County Fair,which had passed without the slightest untoward incident to mar its features,Dr.J.J.Pratt was accidently killed by a falling tent pole.He was carried to the home of his cousin,John McAlister,where he died.The remains were taken to McKenzie for burial.
