Died-In this city,on the 27th,Jimmie,infant son of John C. & Bettie Glenn,of brain fever. The Grange Herald---Humboldt,TN---July 28,1876 Died-On Saturday,July 22nd,near Pickettsville;Leonard Burnett,aged 66 years.He emigrated from Davidson Co. in 1860. The Weekly Messenger---Humboldt,Tn---March 13,1886 Mr.W.Hamilton is the proud father of a new baby girl. Dr.T.A.Clark,a former citizen of Humboldt,last week shot one of his neighbors near Denmark in Madison Co.The man died in a few days.Clark made his escape. The Courier-Chronicle---Humboldt,TN---Jan.31,1913 Mr.Hill,the miller at Crockett Mills,died Monday of pneumonia. Mrs.Nanny Raspberry,of Johnson's Grove,shot her half-brother,Dick Fuller,inflicking a scalp wound and also accidently shot old man Hillary Hughes,who was trying to make peace.The old man is said to be in a precarious condition. DR.A.M.Tullas of Gadsden,reported a death from meningitis near Gadsden,a little son of Bud Thomas,who lives south of Gadsden. Mrs.Tennie McDougald died at her home in Brazil,Monday,after a long illness.Services were held at Zion Church Teuesday.She was 65,and is survived by nine children,two of whom,Mrs.C.S.Lane and Mr.Will McDougald reside in Trenton. Mrs.E.S.McKibben died at the family house on Dixon Street Monday of tuberculosis.Deceased was a member of the Presbyterian Church,leaves her husband and several small children,the remains were buried in Rose Hill Cem. Mrs.Martha Baird died at the home of her son,W.W.Baird,Thursday night.She was 85 years of age.The remains were taken to Newbern for burial. A clipping from a Los Angeles Newspaper announcing the death of Mrs.Mary Jane Tyler,formerly from Humboldt,died January 19th,the mother of Mrs.Mrs.Minnie Tyler Bennett,grandmother of Tyler & Pearl Bennett and Mrs.Bee Bennett Bobbins and Greatgrandmother of Mary Frances Bobbins.She was in her 69th year. Robert Newton Lemonds,3&1/2months old infant son of Mr.& Mrs.E.L.Lemonds died Monday at home in Gadsden.
