    3. Dustin, The boundaries are laid out by geographical features such as streams and rivers. I believe they were to encompass a geographical area with a certain number of folks in them. The communities lay as follows today; 1 *Medina,Sitka,Goat City 2 (district between Humboldt and Medina) 3 *Humboldt 4 Gibson Wells 5 Brazil 6 Central, Eaton 7 *Trenton, New Hope, Georgetown 8 *Yorkville, Neboville 9 *Rutherford 10 *Kenton 11 Laneview, Barrons Corner 12 Concorde, Moores Chapel, Vaughns Grove 13 *Milan, Cades, Graball, Sitka 14 *Bradford 15 Whiteway 16 Hickory Grove 17 Skullbone 18 *Gibson, New Enterprise 19 Walnut Grove 20 Edison, Fruitland 21 *Dyer 22 Idlewild 23 Goodluck, China Grove 24 Cool Springs 25 Frog Jump an * indicates an incorporated city As far as I can tell there are no maps at the courthouse that show the old civil districts.
