Courier-Chronicle Humboldt,TN August 20,1915 The sad news reached Humboldt Monday that Mr.Clint Seat had died at his home in Medina that day.He was about 48 years and is survived by his wife.He had no children.Burial at Zion. The Death Angel entered the home of Mr.& Mrs.John McCoy at Central,and took from them their little son,Dalton,14 months old. Little Mildred,infant daughter of Mr.& Mrs.Cliff Lansdell,died August 5th,and was buried at Rose Hill Cem. Messers.J.R.Jarrell,C.T.Jarrell,J.D.Senter,J.N.Midyett and A.B.Foust were among those from here who attended the meeting of the Cotton States Merchants' Association in Memphis this week. Medina,TN.,August 18.---The funeral services of Miss Rachael Usurla Fly were held this afternoon at Mt.Zion.She died Saturday of tuberculosis.She was in her 17th year and is survived by her father,John Fly;a sister,Mrs.Travis of McKenzie;a brother Prentice of Memphis. Rutherford,TN.,August 18.---Mrs.Mary E.Howell of Bells Chapel,died at her home yesterday of blood poisoning.She was 74 years old.She leaves a husband,one son,and two daughters and many relatives,two of whom,a brother and a sister,live near Gainsville,TX.
