Wednesday evening at the beautiful country home of Mr.Geo.T.Jackson,their daughter,Roberta was united in marriage ito Homer Tatum of Maury City. Mr.& Mrs.Lawson Estes are Delighted on account of the arrival of a pretty little girl in their home in Gibson. In Loving Memory of Mrs.Edd Welch---Last Monday morning at 5 a.m.the Death Angel visited the home of Edd Welch and took away his beloved wife.She had been sick of fever about five weeks.The remains were laid to rest at Rose Hill.--A Friend. Lewisburg,TN.,Sept.8.--Miss Clara Malone,aged 30 years,died at her home near Mooresville yesterday evening,the results of wounds that she inflicted upon herself Sunday with a razor. Clarksville,TN.,Sept.8.--While in bathing at Gills racetrack,Perry Chandler,age 15 years,was drowned Tuesday afternoon.
