Mr.Marion Dawson,formerly of Trenton,but now of Holcomb,MS.,was married on Wednesday of last week to Miss Sarah Jones Fox of Sessums,MS. G.A.King of the Walnut Grove neighborhood and Mrs.Eliza Barnes,of near Trenton,were married Monday of last week. Elder T.A.Waggener,formerly pastor of the Baptist Church at Dyer,died at his home in Martin last week. After a courtship of forty years,Mr.LaFatte Yates and Miss Bettie Reagor were married at the home of the bride near Rutherford on Wednesday of last week. MEDINA-SOCIAL AND PERSONAL---Mrs.Lucy May Welch died at the home of her father,William Replogle,east of town,on the Spring Creek Road,Tuesday morning,after a lingering illness of pellagra.She was 29 years of age,leaves two small children.Funeral at Hope Hill. ANTIOCH & BAKER'S CHAPEL---Mr.& Mrs.Walter Longmire are the proud parents of a fine boy. CHAPEL HILL AND WEST---Mrs.Thomas Wallace is the proud mother of a fine girl. SOCIETY---John T.Brown celebrated his 70th birthday at his suburban home in east Humboldt on Wednesday,April 26th with a dinner.
