Thanks for putting Humboldt newspapers on your site. Are they on microfilm or have they been transcribed into books? My Husband's gggrandfather was Moses E. SENTER. Early settler, and Baptist preacher. Fred's grandfather's notes mention that many in the area expressed their sorrow at his death March 4, 1881. Fred's grandfather was Moses Edward WOOLRODGE son of David Hinds WOOLDRIDGE. We would greatly appreciate someone looking in papers of that time for his obit. His wife Margaret Elam Senter died in the home of her daughter, Martha Wooldridge, several months after her husband.
