Hope someone can help me on this. Someone sent this to me: Early Tn. Tax Records.... Thomas C. Taylor.... GI.... 1812. Does any one know what the 1812 means? A very nice lady went to the archives to get a copy of it for me and neither her or the archivist could find it and didn't know what the 1812 meant. Any help is appreciated. thanks, libbye
