Some of the MCNEILL children are: 1) POSSIBLY Neil Alexander MCNEILL 2) Nancy Rebecca: b 1800-1810, marr David Holt; d @ 1845 in Gibson Co, TN 3) Mary: b 1805, marr Zeddie Oliver, d 1868 in Gibson Co, TN 4) Janette: b 1807, marr Alvin Blalock Senter, d 1843 in Gibson Co, TN 5) Flora: b 1810, marr James Malcolm Senter, d 1884 in Gibson Co, TN 6) Isabella: b 1816, marr James Neil Stewart, d aft 1873 in Gibson Co, TN 7) others?? I'm looking for will/probate/deeds/proof of Neil to his children plus the names of other children. Thanks, Lera Powell lpowell1@airmail.net
I'm at a brick wall. My gg grandfather, D.C. KING is living as a 7 year old in the household with David, Mary and James CRAFTON and Levi and Nancy BRADFORD in the 1850 Gibson Co, TN census. I've found a marrige record for Henry KING and Sarah CRAFTON, 24 March 1842 in Gibson Co., which I'm hoping will be D.C.KING's parents. Is anyone working on any of these lines? I'll be eternally grateful for any help with this!! Jackie Utley Researching: CRAIG, ROSAMOND, KING, CRAFTON, REEVES, HEFLEY, FORNEY, NC>TN

I am so upset! Two years ago I traveled to Trenton to research marriage records. I found several ancestors and had the marriage records photocopied for my records. Yesterday I went back to the courthouse to do further research. While there I realized that the back page or two of the Marriage Book A (1860-1870) was missing. (Including one of my ancestor's records on page 458.) They could have just fallen out, but they appeared to be torn out. The clerks were swamped with people and I didn't bother them. Should I call the clerk's office and point out the missing pages? Or should I just let it slide? Jackie
Where is everyone tonight? Vicki

Does anyone have information on the family of William and Susan Wren? They are listed as "Wreenn" in the 1850 census. They are my g-g-g-g-g-grandparents. They had a daughter named Abigale Elizabeth Wren. She married Zachariah Greer, son of Elijah C. Greer and Hannah Bryant. Zac and Elizabeth had my g-g-g-grandmother, Susan Hannah Greer. Information on this Wren bunch would be appreciated. I would REALLY appreciate some information like cemeteries or ancestors. Thanks, Adam P.S. I have been working sporadically on the Bradford Cemetery. Part of the old section is on-line now and in the next few weeks, the rest will be added, weather permitting. ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
