I too am from William T Mathis and Lydia. Mine was on William T's will but no one seems to know about him. He married Mary Carter. I also saw Maudy Johnson and Kizziah King as Jacobs wives but have tried all other researchers listed and gotten NO answers. Can we correspond. [email protected]
I am a great-granddaughter of Serena Mathis; I have the data on her family; Jacob Mathis was a son of William T. Mathis (NC) and Lydia Carlton(NC) - I do not have William T. Mathis beyond him but have her line traced back to England 1066.
