As I have stated before, I believe we as a State have all we can do to take care of ourselves (more people - more squabbling). USGenWEb is just a meeting place for everyone to get to the states to do their genealogy. How would the entity of US protect us? If I put up a major piece of work, I do want it to be protected. Would USGenWeb sue for me if my work was stolen and published? Fred has made some good points. Could we do a write in vote? Fred for NC? Not running for anything, just trying to work on my page, Judy
