Good morning all, The time has come to start the work on Bylaws. When a rough version is ready (within two weeks, I hope) it will be placed on line for you examination. We will use the TNCHAT-L list for comments. You should reply to that list so we all see your suggestions. During the next two weeks, I will pose some questions on the TNCHAT-L so that I can see the direction we should go. Some of the questions will cover the very basic core structure of our organization.
