I have a strange problem again. There is a lady on my mailing list who tries very hard to be helpful. She sends things in from time to time and has been a great help getting the chatroom off the ground. Problem is she sent me some cemetery lists the other day. When I examined the file at the bottom it said Copyright 1997 Union County Historical Society. I know I can't use the lists because of ill feelings between myself and the Historical Society. (They don't like me giving away information on my site) They would never give me permission to use it. She had no idea of copyright or anything. How do you handle these situations?
