Well I remember when Tazewell and New Tazewell were incorporated and finally New Tazewell decided to corporate because of industry and taxes and etc. Well Tazewell being the old stauch incorporate as it was with all the old houses history etc. and not wanting the INDUSTRY PROGRESS etc. held out for years but finally becuse it was going broke INCORPORATED under pressure and lo and behold what happened.
