You know the old saying: You can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time (or something close to that). The new list was created because many people requested it, and after the announcement of it's creation I got many thank yous for doing so. I am not setting a precedence here by having 2 discussion lists for a state project, their are other state projects that have them, and only one of those lists is a required list, the one pertaining to announcements.
