I vote "yes" on the question of establishing TNGenWeb as a non-profit corporation. I feel a bit sheepish as I cast my vote because although I have given some amount of time to considering this option, I'm sure that not all advantages/disadvantages have occurred to me. Although I could become a more informed voter by subscribing to the TNChat list, the tardiness of my reply to this straw vote demonstrates my severe shortage of "free" time.
