    3. Denise: I can give you the tag, and probably someone else will, HOWEVER, it doesn't work with all browsers. It is called a "netscapism" basically that is about the only browser it works well on. Sometimes it will work on MSIE, I think, but not too often. Fred Smoot and I have just been discussing this, he might write in and tell you the problems he has encountered when trying to use it.
