This is just a note to let you know that I've replaced Billie as state coordinator with Bridgett Smith. This is not a step taken lightly, but Billie's communication problems have come to be nearly insurmountable. I've spent a month trying to work out the problems with her, but either she isn't receiving my mail or not responding to it, more often than not. Billie has done a great deal of really magnificent work with this project, which I would be the last one to ever want forgotten. But at this moment in her life, other problems appear to have taken priority, which may be as it needs to be.... I'm sure Bridgett will do an excellent job.
