My Vote for how to Handle the State Coordinator position.. I think that nobody should do it for over a year at a time, primarily because it is a high stress job that can wear a person out. Case in point, Texas, for one. I think each Current state coordinator should be grooming the next state coordinator for the full year. Most of the people in the group have no idea (thankfully) the headaches that are involved with wearing the crown. I don't think democracy should have anything to do with the state coordinator, I'm all for a monarchy, and only a acting coordinator knows the qualities that are necessary for the person they pass the hat to. And, just to make myself perfectly clear, I will help anyone in any way possible, but there is no way I ever want to be the Tennessee state coordinator. As Always, Anne
