Pauling by the circuit court of said county in a suit against Henry Herriford & others and purchased of Paulling by sd. Anderson sd. entry lying between the lines of sd. 100 acre tract, on which Hannibal Perry now lives and the lines of a tract of 490 acres granted to Geo. Doherty on which Britton Jones now lives which he bought of James Lockhart-Beginning at the northwest corner of sd. 490 acres granted to sd. Dogherty on the east boundary line of his 1500 acres and with said line north to the corner of sd. 100 acres thence east to the southeast corner of sd. 100 acres thence north east south & west for complement so as (not) to include fifty acres 5th July 1824.
