Beginning on a beech marked I.K. it being a beginning corner tree of an eleven acre tract that Jacob Ford has now in possession and running south with his east boundary line to a stake in the rocks near the foot of the mountain, thence eastward with the meanders of the mountain so as to include the house and improvements. Brock enters a prefference of fifty acres of land situated and lying in County of Franklin, and State of Tennessee, on the head waters of Beans Creek Beginning on a poplar, the northeast corner of a sixty acre tract which he now lives on, running south of east boundary line said tract to the southeast corner of sd. tract thence west to the south boundary line of said tract to the northeast corner of a seventy two acre tract now belongs to Elizabeth Gilliam, thence south thence east to the foot of Cumberland mountain then meandering with basis of the mountain for complement. Brock No 60 $2.12 1/2 17 acres June 26, 1824 Daniel Morris enters a prefference of seventeen acres of land, situated and lying in the county of Franklin & state of Tennessee, on the waters of Beans Creek. Beginning on a white oak the northeast corner of a hundred & forty three acre tract that he now lives on running south with the east boundary line of said tract thence east to the foot of Cumberland mountain, thence north meandering with the basis of the mountain for complement.
