Jenkins now lives thence south to the northwest corner of a square ten acre tract on sd. line belonging to sd. Jenkins, thence west, south & east with the lines of sd. ten acre tract to the aforesaid west boundary line, thence south one hundred & forty from the beginning thence west for complement.
