Beginning on the beginning corner of my nine acre tract that I bought from Stephen Clark, being a hickory marked for a corner, in the presence of Thomas Brixey being bounded on the east by the uper school track of land on Bradleys creek and east of two large sink hole springs, running twenty four poles south, thence one hundred & twenty poles west, thence sixty poles north thence east for complement. Beginning on a large poplar standing on the south side of a small branch near the barren fork of Duck river, running north thence west thence south thence east to the beginning so as to include fifty acres of land. Beginning at a black gum, and dogwood running a due east course till it strikes the mountain then with the meanders of the mountain till it intersects John Leveedons(?) line thence to the beginning so as to include fifty acres. June 21st, 1824.
