Archibald Hatchett enters one hundred acres of land in Franklin County in consideration of paying twelve dollars and fifty cents into the Entry takers of said Cty situate on both sides of Estills Fork of Paint Rock- Beginning on a black walnut white oak and sugartree standing on the side of the mountain five poles above the head of Taylors spring and runs round with the mountain north 70 deg. west sixty poles to a beech thence north 26 poles to an ash thence north twenty degrees west 114 poles thence south 80 poles thence north seventy Degs west sixty poles to the beginning, including said cabbin in the mountain.
