No 415 $3.12 1/2 25 acres William Runnels enters twenty five acres of land lying in Franklin county and State of Tennessee on the east fork of Paint rock it being a north branch of Tennessee river and bounded as follows to-wit: Beginning on a black walnut and at the foot of the mountain a distance of about one hundred yards from an old improvement of Edward Morris & Littleton Shoepete(?) and west of a south direction from said improvement and meandering the mountain northwardly and eastwardly & southwardly so far that a west line will run to the beginning and include twenty five acres and said Edward Morris and Littleton Shoffetts improvement Feb 2nd 1825. No 416 $2.50 20 acres William Runnels enters twenty acres of land lying in Franklin county and State of Tennessee on the east fork of Paint rock it being a north branch of Tennessee river and bounded as follows to-wit beginning on an elm and ash on the first bench of the mountain running thence south and crossing the said branch to a high bluff on the other side thence westwardly meandering the bluff thence running west of north and crossing the creek again to the mountain on the other side thence meandering the mountain north so far that an east line will run to the beginning, and to specially include a small improvement made by James Stewart Feb 2nd. 1825. No 417 $6.25 50 acres Reuben Simmons enters fifty acres of land lying and being in Franklin county on the waters of Caney hollow which is a branch of Beans creek being on the west side of said hollow beginning at a black oak thence south 62 1/2 poles to a stake thence west 126 poles to the beginning Feb 3th 1825.
