Hi Folks, The folks along the Jackson Co., AL - Franklin Co., TN line hardly knew which county they were living in. Some on the FC side did most of their business in AL because of the mountain. Some of these old entries speak about the old State line. This indicates a change which was probably around 1819 when our Alabama sister (Jackson Co.) came into being. I think we have to assume part of Larkins Fork was in FC at one time.
