    2. Looking for the parents of D. H. Dickey, who is 1870 knifed to death a Thomas J. Cooke in McMinn Co., TN. I have Dickey's in Franklin, Maury, Roane, Knox, and Loudon Counties but can't tie this on in with certainty to any of them. There was a trial held in April 1870 with Wm. G. Cooke as prosecutor. I have information that a D. H. Dickey was appointed executor of a will in 1876 so maybe he didn't hang? Does anyone have any information or a suggestion?
