p. 225 David Beaty of Overton Co., Tennessee, appoints Alexander Beaty of Cumberland County, Kentucky his attorney, 1817. I'm wondering of this David Beaty is 1783 David, brother of George and John and if Alexander is 1768 Alexander, brother to Rev. War Andrew. If they are, it would make me think they are brothers. Why else would David appoint Alexander his attorney if he wasn't his brother? Any comments? Gerri
