Hi all before internet before t. v. before radio before electricity  in house before central heat an air there was the cast iron cook stove in the kitchen-- wood fired-- winter time the warmest place in the house, summer time the hottest.   do any of you  remember  these times??   There is a restaurant closed here in Muncie,In.  A Taste Of the South//  owner Donna Slaven.   they have a cast iron stove  ther with various cookin articles on display.   saturday nite an Sunday morning ,they had music/  piano, 2 getars, fiddle n mandoln,   gospel on sunday morn.   it was friendly an homey, met good people an the help was friendly an efficient,   Bill n Lois
