She was buried about 4 Jan 2009.   Obituary in The Fentress Courier 7 Jan 2009 -- Gail Payne, age 47, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, January 2, 2009 at her home. Ms. Payne was born October 24, 1961. Ms. Payne is survived by fiancee, Ray Hodge; two sons, Zachary and Elijiah Payne; step-daughter, Tiffany Payne; two brothers, Phil Cox Junior and David Cox; and three sisters, Genny Garrett, Betsy Purcell and Susie Cox Burnell. Mike was born about 1960 in of Crossville, Cumberland, Tennessee.   They had the following children:                2 M        i.  Zachary Payne  was born about 1979.                3 M        ii.  Elijah Payne  was born about 1981.                4 M       iii.  Kyle Payne  was born on 9 Aug 1988 in of Jamestown, Fentress, Tennessee.   Graduation announcement in The Fentress Courier 23 Jul 2008 -- Army Private Kyle Payne graduated from 9 weeks of basic training at Fort Sill, OK on July 25, 2008.  Kyle is a 2007 graduate of York Institute and the son of Rick and Gail Boles of Jamestown and Mike Payne of Crossville.     Gail married (2) Ricky Dennis Boles Senior  son of Arvil Boles and Lois Marie Crouch. Ricky was born about 1950 in , , Tennessee.
