As every Reagan researcher already knows Peter Rgn Sr of Wilkes NC & Overton TN had 4 sons Joel, William, Charles & Peter. All moved to Overton except William. He stayed behind in Wilkes. I find him in 1820 Wilkes, 1830 Ashe (formed from Wilkes), & 1840 Ashe NC. Does anyone know when and where he died and who his children were? I do not see him aft 1840. According to census info 1800-1840 he had: 1 male b. 1795-1800 4 males b. 1800-1810 1 male b. 1815-1820 1 fem b. 1815-1820 Also I find a Charles Riggan in 1830 Wilkes b. 1800-1810. I thought first he was s/o William. But Wiliam still has all 4 males b. 1800-1810 in HH in 1830 Ashe. Anyone know who this Charles is? JW Garrett
