    3. Gary, yes, that is why the Mt was called Angel Mt. It was named so because it was the area in which Squire Angel settled shortly after 1820. Of course now it is called Buck Mt. He and wife Polly, is buried on home place of Jess Crisps' parents somewhere in a field. I was given th directions, but yet to find the markers.
