Hi, Gary, I'm assuming that they were the reason for the name of Angel Mountain, which is Buck Mountain on the maps as you probably already know. Squire Angel settled in the area in the early 1800's and had a large family, which scattered to the winds very early on. There is an old Angely Cemetery somewhere on that mountain but I have never been there. Have you heard of it? It must be somewhere in the area of where Robbie Crisp lived. He was an Angely descendant. Helen
