Eddie Who is your sister and when did she live in Devonia? It almost don't exist now. Trees have grown to the road. I could barely see the metal bridge work from the road.. I also lived in Fork Mountain which really don't exist anymore. I did find the area where our houses sat. We had lived in a double. It had our house on one side and another family lived in the other side. It sat on stilts on the rear and was actually in the creek. The creek had washed away the bank and it was under our house. When it rained hard the creek would swell like a river. Logs would float down. The noise was real scary and we would go across the road to neighbors. It sat way high on a hill...No flood could get us. After they moved we squatted the house on the hill......Guess what I live on a hill now..No flood could get me<G>Gotta watch those torados though.
