Milly and Brenda, Sherman (Scrooger) Burnett was married to Cora Dishman, b. abt 1904. I also have Scrooger as born abt 1904. Cora Dishman was the dau of Archie Dishman, b. 2-1873 KY, and Rebecca Ann Reno, 9-1866 TN. Scrooger and Cora did live in Muncie, but I will have to ask my mother more about it. Carlie Dishman, a sister of Cora was my step-grandmother. Milly and Brenda, I talked with my mother (88 years sharp!) and she told me that Scrooger and Cora Dishman Burnett went to Sunnybrook, KY from (she thinks) Rottens Fork, in Pall Mall. From there they went to Muncie, and then returned to the Sunnybrook KY home place and that Scrooger died there at home. He died August 9, 1985, and Cora died June 28, 1998 at age 93 years, 11 months, and 18 days. I don't have the exact birthdates but am going through Sunnybrook on Saturday and plan to stop at the cemetery where they are buried and will get the dates. They had only one son, who was Paul Burnett. Paul is still living in Sunnybrook and was born about 1936-1940. Will try to talk with him also. Paul is a retired minister and is still active in ministry. I will try to find out who Nancy J. Crabtree married and get what I can. Assume ???? Burnett. Now a question: Are we assuming that Nancy J. Crabtree's mother, Dorcus Crabtree did not get married, since her maiden name was Crabtree (father - James Crabtree and Nancy Huff)? Question 2: Did Nancy J. Crabtree have siblings?
