Carletta, Have you tracked back in the Solomon line? It seems as if Sallie Owen has some connection to the Solomons. The Solomon family was in Franklin Co, NC in the late 1700s. I am related to the Owen group from NC and think she may be connected to Bailey and William Owen from there in the same period of time. Sarah
Yes, Sarah, I have gone as far as I can go. I believe Sampson to be possibly a brother or other relation to Moses Solomon (my great grandfather). They were living in adjacent households in 1850. They were both born in NC, Moses in 1805 and Sampson in 1815. There is this triangular (and speculative) connection between the Owen(s), Bowden and Solomon families. In 1850 Sarah Owen was living in Moses' home. We have never figured out her relationship, if any, to Moses. ----- Original Message ----- From: " Sarah Beale" <sjbeale@attglobal.net> To: <TNFENTRE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: June 22, 2006 3:49 PM Subject: Re: [TNFENTRE-L] Sampson and Anna Beaty Solomon > Carletta, Have you tracked back in the Solomon line?
