Thanks to all of you for sharing all of these really great stories about your families and how many of you ended up in Indiana. I think it's really interesting and just a few short years ago I had no idea how my parents came to Indiana from Tennessee. I just thought they magically appeared there, LOL . . . and, later mom found me under a cow paddie on the farm! She used to tell me that all the time when I was young and impressionable. Now, I'm old and set in my ways. I think that every small bit of info we can share with our kids or relatives about our family and our ancestors just strengthens the understanding of where we come from and how we got here.
