Hi Anna Would love to set it in advance but we are at the mercy of the school system as to when we can use the school. It usually is the 2nd or 3rd week in April but the school tells us when they have the school available for our use. I wish we had a permanent place to leave displays up we put a lot of work in it and its only up from 9 to 4 the day of round up. Does the library have a meeting room that could be used? I know they have a wonderful genealogy section. The library does have a conference room but it is very small.
