I think the Rock Creek you are talking about is out around Pickett State Park. Or I should say between Jamestown, TN (Fentress Co.) and Pickett State Park. perhaps one of those on the list who live in Fentress County can give you better directions, than I can, but I do know there is a Rock Creek in Fentress Co., TN.
