Thanks, Fabian www.texarkanagazette.com CHARLIE DELK Charlie Walter Delk, 60, of Wake Village, Texas, died Monday, Aug. 1, 2005, in a local nursing home. Mr. Delk was born July 24, 1945, in Jamestown, Tenn. He was an employee of Red River Army Depot, a member of First Baptist Church, Wake Village, and a Vietnam War Navy and Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Renee Delk of Wake Village; three daughters, Loretta Fisher of Fort Wayne, Ind., M'Lee Turner of Burleson, Texas, and Lindsay Delk of Wake Village; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Jerry Wayne and Jeanie Delk of Albany, Ind., and Daniel Delk of Plano, Texas; one sister, Betty Pennicuff of Jamestown; one brother, Jerry Delk of Knoxville, Tenn.; nine grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, Wake Village, with the Rev. Jared Gibson officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park under direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Relatives will be at the family home in Wake Village.
I believe the husband of Betty, sister to Charlie Walter Delk, was Estel Ray 'Bob' Pennicuff, born Sep 5, 1927, died May 9, 1983. Bob is buried at Wolf River Cemetery in Fentress County. John Pennycuff Cincinnati
