I only got to do it during the time I was in Tennessee wandering the woods with one group or another. Some places it was out and back and one it was across to the other side. It was always in the back of my mind; "what if I got out there and just stopped". Another scary thing I did a couple of times was to walk a swinging bridge at Zenith. It was breaking down with age. I am sure they have now been restored with all the actvity in that area. Marilyne My mom grew up in Bell County, Kentucky, and she always talked about them swinging on the grapevines too.
