Jacob Garrett b. 1771 of Camden NC is found in Overton Co in early 1800s. His sons were John b 1795, Martin b. 1798, James b. 1806. Anyone know if this the same Jacob Garrett of both 1790 & 1800 Camden NC census? JW Garrett
