I received an email from my SCSPARTA-L@rootsweb.com telling us that there is a cemetery in the New Prospect area that had several tombstones knocked over and they can still be seen in a pile. A new house was being built on the Miller Farm Road off of Hwy 292. They said the oldtimers said this was the Ramsey family cemetery. This is in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. I didn't know if anyone in the Fentress area had Ramsey family there, but wanted to let you know. It's a shame what is being done with these family cemeteries. I received this email from granysurfs@bellsouth.net and mhdillard@direcway.com on the Spartanburg Web Site. Patty Schulz
