    2. Jill I have the papers, but I'm not sure 1941 is among them. When Luther York went off to WWII, they paper wasn't published, for the years he was gone. One would think there would be a death certificate, but record keeping can be sloppy at any time. If he died in another county or state, you might find something there. There is a man in S. C. who will look to see if there is a death certificate and if so they are $4 each, and if it isn't there, no charge. Wilma
