    3. Brenda, I didn't know you were related to the Marion HInds family. Marion is my great-uncle, the brother of my paternal gmother. I want to get more clarity on this family too. I have talked to a niece of Marion's who is still living (age 77) and who has given me quite a bit of family information in the past. I asked her if she knows what Sadie's last name was, and who her mother was. This is what she remembered. Sadie's mother, Clementine, was a Creselious. She was married first to a Petty and had Sadie and at least one other child, whose name my cousin couldn't remember. Then she married Dave Penticuff and they had these children: Fate, Maggie (who married Otis Hayes), Pearl, Delavine (who married Ezra Hinds), Vera and Etter (who married Wheeler Pritchett). She thought Dave had been married before also and had some kids. I hope this info sheds some more light on the subject but realize the names don't match 100% with those in the 1900 Census.
