Good Morning, Think your Jacob Samuel Reagan was son of Joel Reagan and he was the son of Peter Reagan Sr. You might want to check Overton Co. census, think it is shown as Samuel in Fentress census 1830 and in Overton census 1840. Don't have my notes in front of me so trying to go by memory and I do have senior moments from time to time. Have a great day! Pat
