Sorry... cant tell you where they were buried...all I know is that there was an OLD Mitchell cemetery there in the area....that probably the reason we havent located the burials yet....I thought they might be with the Hays and Averitte and Potter and Gilmore cemetery groups... but cant find a listing .. thanks any way.. somday some one will be looking for their famiils and see the Mitchell lurking around ther somewhere....I know Carolin Mitchell is buried in the Averitte family.. but the whole gropus of the others havent surfaced... I was told that was why I couldnt find them... due to the neglect of the Mitchell cemetery.........Jill Garrett had seen them and told me they were in Houston.. but Houston said no record... maybe it was a time when it was all the same??....Very mysterious....family lost..... I remember seeing a sign for the potter cemetery last year when Janet & I went searching for an edwards cemetry..ill try to go back this year if possible...
