Linda that would be great.... I am still looking for Jeremiah Mitchells burrriel there somplace after he was discharged from the Civil War due to ill health..His war records states that he entered from Savannah...there is some confusion here, not knowing the area well.. as he appears late 1880 and early 1900's,.(died in 1932) in Hardeman county. He is not buried in a Nathtional or Confederate Cemetery as far as I can see. . Since he was in poor health but still Sherriff and Justice of The Peace, I feel that he would have been buried in that area as he was alone until he died according to his records. I have tried to find Funeral Homes that might be able to locate him for me with no success though so far. He disappeared from Dickson in lst census of 1850 so that is when he left for Savannah and joind the Conferdacy. I loved the description of Savannah as it adds to his surroundings and history and becasue as I said he was alone without family.. So I have tried to give him a "place" in the family memories and records.. Thannk you for any help and suggestions. Lenora
