Hello all,, can anyone tell me where to write for the death certificate of my Jeremiah V. Mitchell...he joined the Confederates in Savannah.. Would that be where his records would still.....I think he died around there somewhere... its a little hard to claaaaify fro hi Civil War Record. I think he lived to the ripe age into 1930 or so despuite his poor health!.. Tried to locate a newspaper of the times around that part of Hardman but no success yet. I dont know if there is a Confederate ccemetery around there? Haven't found him on cemetery lists so far. Comppputer might actually stay working a while.. so please if you gave me this information before it crashed the last time.. be patient I will get it straigtened out yet.. or go back to sticks and pieces of papers.
